Pic It ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pic It party game available at picit.tv and on the App Store. This page explains how we handle your information.
When you play Pic It we temporarily collect:
Your information is used only to run the game session you are participating in. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond gameplay.
All game data including photos, player names, votes and scores are automatically deleted within 24 hours of the game ending. We do not permanently store any photos or personal information.
The Pic It app requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select photos to share during gameplay. We do not access, store, or transmit any photos without your explicit action of selecting and submitting them during a game.
Pic It uses Firebase (provided by Google) for real-time game data and photo storage. Photos are stored temporarily on Firebase Storage and deleted automatically after 24 hours. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Pic It is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17.
